FAQs:

How do I reserve a spot?

Click the “Buy Now” button, pay through Paypal, and you’re in!  If there’s no “Buy Now” button, it means the class is full.

Shoot, the class is full.  Is there a wait list?

Send an email here to get added to the waitlist.

How does the class work?

The first two hours of class are instruction, with emphasis on story and scene.  Topics covered are compelling openings, character arcs, structure, plotting, pacing, beat sheets, drafts, revisions, dialogue, the business of publishing… the whole gamut!  The third hour is a “master class” format where I work one-on-one with individual writers about their pages.  Often this turns out to be the most instructive for the whole class.

I’m working on a memoir, can I take your class?

Yes!  Memoirs aren’t my thing, but memoirists who’ve taken my class seem to get a lot out of it.  The principles I’m teaching are the same… character arc, story, etc.

I don’t have pages ready to workshop.  Can I still take this class?

Absolutely!

I’ve taken this class before.  Can I take it again?

Many people do, and I’ve had no complaints!

Your classes always sell out so quickly.  How do I get in?
